- 3/4 cup sour cream (I like Daisy or Breakstone's Low-fat version.)
- 3 Tbsp more if desired sriracha sauce
- juice from one lemon (optional)
Spicy Sour Cream Sriracha Sauce is sauce is tangy and spicy. If you don’t like mayo and still want a zippy sauce for your dish, this is it! I put it on everything- fries, fried green tomatoes, chips, crab cakes, you name it.
For fries,fried green tomatoes, chips, and Baked Zucchini with Parmesan, just mix the sour cream and the sriracha together. If you wanted it spicier, add more sriracha. It’s that simple and oh so tasty!
For a crab cakes, salmon cakes, shrimp and fish make the basic sauce and add the juice of one lemon. This is like a mock aioli. I despise mayo. If you’re like me, give this a try.
