| tomatillos | 3-4 (depending on their size) | |
| onion cut in half | 1 small | |
| peeled garlic cloves | 1-2 | |
| jalapeno | 1/2 add more to make spicer | |
| fresh cilantro | 1 large handful- leaves and stems are fine | |
| lime juiced | 1 | |
| salt to taste | 
Nothing beats the fresh bright taste of tomatillo, lime, and jalapeno in this Salsa Verde. It comes together super quick too!
- Take the paper cover off of the tomatilloes. Place them on a baking sheet with your onion, garlic, and jalapeno. 
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. 
- Put everything into your Ninja or blender and add your lime juice and cilantro. Words can’t describe the love I have for my Ninja. I use it every single day!  
- Puree until smooth.
- Add salt to taste.
