  • 1 cup ‏any berry, honey or vanilla flavored keifer
  • 1 cup ‏frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup ‏orange juice
  • 1 tsp (optional if you didn't use vanilla keifer ‏vanilla

This is one of my favorite go to breakfast drinks. It’s packed with healthy probiotics and berries. Keifer is better than yogurt, no spoons required!

 

Simply dump all of the ingredients into your blender. I always use my Ninja and blend until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately.
