Ingredients

any berry, honey or vanilla flavored keifer 1 cup
frozen mixed berries 1 cup
orange juice 1 cup
vanilla 1 tsp (optional if you didn't use vanilla keifer

This is one of my favorite go to breakfast drinks. It’s packed with healthy probiotics and berries. Keifer is better than yogurt, no spoons required!

 

Simply dump all of the ingredients into your blender. I always use my Ninja and blend until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately.
