Red Raspberry Sauce

  • 1/2 cup ‏fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup ‏apricot jelly

This beautiful red, sweet and sassy sauce is a hit on my Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers, but it also amazing on cooked chicken, turkey or pork. It’s a quick and easy way to add a ton of flavor!

    1. Place apricot jelly and raspberries in a bowl.
    2. Microwave for 20 seconds.
    3. Stir and mash up the berries slightly.
