This Peachy Dressing is bursting with peach flavor. Not only is spectacular with any salad that has peaches, nectarines, or apricots like my Perfectly Peachy Summer Berry Salad, but it makes a great sauce on top of grilled chicken, turkey, or pork.
- Place oil, preserves, and vinegar into a bowl or container with a lid. Stir or shake until they are combined. I like to add a touch of salt and a lot of pepper.
