orange juice

  • 1 cup ‏carrot juice
  • 3/4 cups ‏frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cups ‏frozen mango chunks
  • 1tbsp ‏grated fresh ginger

When I was a little girl, my mom would make orange jello with pineapple and carrots. I loved it! I turned these flavors into something a bit healthier. This orange juice, carrot juice, ginger, mango and pineapple  smoothie is my go to whenever I need to brighten my day. It’s especially good when you don’t feel well.

Simply dump all of the ingredients into your blender. I always use my Ninja and blend until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately. It makes 2-12 oz servings, but I usually drink it all!
