Ingredients

orange juice about 2 cups
carrot juice 1 cup
frozen pineapple chunks 3/4 cups
frozen mango chunks 3/4 cups
grated fresh ginger 1tbsp
turmeric 1 to 2 tablespoons

When I was a little girl, my mom would make orange jello with pineapple and carrots. I loved it! I turned these flavors into something a bit healthier. This orange juice, carrot juice, ginger, mango, turmeric, and pineapple  smoothie is my go to whenever I need to brighten my day. It’s especially good when I don’t feel well.

Simply dump all of the ingredients into your blender. I always use my Ninja and blend until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately. It makes 2-12 oz servings, but I usually drink it all! If you aren’t a frequent user of carrot juice, You can always freeze that into cubes as well. They will blend up nicely. I think frozen fruit and veggies are the best in smoothies because they turn or thicker and really cold.
