- 2 cups Lifeway Kefir-I used peach, but blueberry or plain would do too.
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla
The combination of sweet peaches and blueberries with cream takes me back to picking fresh fruit as a child. This smoothie is reminiscent of a cobbler we would get in return for our labor. I upped the health factor by using kefir. This makes 2-12 oz. servings, but I typically drink the whole thing myself.
- Place all of your ingredients into a Ninja or blender.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes.
