Good Luck Snack Mix

Good Luck Snack Mix is the perfect inexpensive, quick, easy, salty, sweet mix your kids will love. I made a big batch and served it in coffee filter as a pre state testing treat for my students. They gobbled it up! This would also be great for Saint Patrick’s Day.

1. Pop your popcorn and allow it to start to cool a bit.
2. In a very large bowl combine the popcorn with the Lucky Charms cereal. I used the Saint Patrick’s Day version of the cereal, but the regular version is just fine.
3. Serve the mix directly from the bowl or if you need to serve several kiddos, use coffee filters for bowl. They are inexpensive and don’t make a ton of trash.
