Curry Ketchup

Ingredients

I love fries! But fries are crying for sauces. Bring on the ketchup. Heinz only please! The others just don’t cut it. Regular old ketchup is fine most days, but what if you could make ketchup better? Well, I did! I added a tablespoon of Penzeys Curry Powder to Heinz ketchup and it was a match made in heaven.

1. Squirt about 1/2 cup of ketchup into a bowl.
2. Stir in between 1 and 2 tablespoons of your favorite curry powder. Let me highly recommend Penzeys! Serve with your favorite fries or try one of my easy baked fries recipes below.
